Had the best shopping experience yesterday. Prior, I emailed Embassy London to see if they stock three particular shoes in my size in the Brighton branch. They replied confirming they stock all three and in my size. On arrival my sizes were not available and one particular shoe was not and never has been stocked in this branch (why I was told otherwise remains a mystery). Definitely room for improvements with online customer service. Nevertheless I received the warmest welcome and such a fantastic service. Winnie and the other lady who I did not get her name were very attentive and went out of their way to give us a great shopping experience. If I am honest I probably would have walked out with nothing if it wasn't for them. Instead we walked out with five beautiful new pairs of shoes/boots. I cannot be more grateful to you both and you will definitely be seeing me again. Thank you again 😊

I visited the store in January 2019. I just wanted to look at all the beautiful shoes. The staff were very helpful whilst in store, helpful but not pushy. I will be back when I need more shoes. I can’t believe I have only just found shoe embassy!

The staff at the Brighton branch were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to get me the pair of boots I wanted, and made the experience very pleasant. The boots I got are gorgeous and comfortable, a difficult combination to find, and have been very useful during the recent rainy period. Couldn't recommend this store more.

Fabulous looking, exquisite quality and supremely comfortable shoes coupled with professional and efficient service. No need to tell you I'm a huge fan!! I have 5 pairs of shoe embassy shoes; loafers, boots and trainers all are superb and I'd both recommend them to others and buy more for myself in a heartbeat.

Lovely friendly helpful staff, I saw a pair of boots and it was love at first sight, I tried them on and decided to purchase them I thought I would b buying the ones I tried on but they got another box from the back and wen I got them back to where I'm staying I opened the box and they absolutely stink of camel leather, now I'm unhappy with my purchase I'm afraid!
