Visited shop last week as needed trainers for some serious running and my gym. It was my first time buying professional footwear for running. Elena who served me, was very approachable, experienced and super patient. I’m generally a fussy customer and Elena does know how to serve one! She brought me a very good selection of trainers to try on, she was extremely helpful and understanding of my needs. I came back home with beautiful pair of trainers. I will definitely come back to her for my second pair and will hope to be served by her again! :)

Always head here for my running shoes. The store now stocks more than just On shoes. I went today and Elena was as helpful as ever,assisting me to select 2 pairs of long distance shoes including a pair of Karhu's (a new brand to me). Highly recommended!

She took a great deal of time and effort in taking videos of my running in our shortlist of trainers, explaining to me the detail behind each. I was very appreciative of her assistance and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and the Run Company to anyone looking for expert advice on trainers/running. Thank you! At last, Brighton has a modern running shop. I popped in on their second weekend of trading and the store was nicely laid out, full of top brands and the latest gear. Even though I knew what I wanted, the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a great loyalty programme, so it’s worth signing up if you’re going to be making regular visits (I will be). They offer gait analysis of you want to know which trainers to go for. Important for new runners, and you can try all the shoes out on the treadmill before you buy them. Being right in the middle of town makes The Run Company the most convenient running shop in Brighton.

In all seriousness, if you are in to running the people are run company are absolutely god-like. I was there trying to pick out a shoe for a stupid amount of time and got supported through the entire process, I felt like some dependant chick getting nurtured lol

Very happy with my visit today! The place is tiny but they put in a treadmill anyway instead of displaying more products. The salesperson took his time and presented me with five different pairs of running shoes (of brands I didn't know before) that I tested and compared on the treadmill. I did not feel pressured towards the more expensive models. As a relatively experienced runner I would definitely recommend shopping here instead of SportsDirect or any other big store.

Perfect 👌 Spent 30 minutes in store today and walked away with the best fitting pair of runners I’ve ever tried. Placed a review but it went against Chichester branch and not Brighton. I'm sure Chichester is great too but wanted to thank michael at the Brighton store for his help and advice and the lightning quick delivery. Ordered 10pm sat and hand delivered next day. also cheers for the safe handover in difficult times. Ordered on running cap and T performance top and love the design and feels and looks great.
