They also had great covid measures in place.

S.Had a problem with my vapormax pair from over christmas which left the bubble deflated, the staff were so helpful (especially the man with glasses and long hair) to go out of their way when it was super busy to ring Nike and sort out sending my shoes back for inspection. It would have been easy enough for them to say my warranty was up, which it was, and let me deal with Nike directly myself, but they gave me a receipt, took my email and address and all I have to do is wait for a response now. Great service.
