R. R.Love this shop, even though its a little pricey, but very nice helpful staff and found the shoes I wanted straight away
L. R.Nice store, cool ambiance. Had professional and helpful service from the Store Manager when I wanted to purchase a pair of BOBS. He suggested different colours to match my outfits I brought into the shop. He even sold me a mask to help keep me safe.

K. H.A bright, organised shop which was very busy on the Wednesday morning. We were greeted shortly after arriving by a bright, smiling young man who offered help but wasn't pushy. I chose a shoe and he brought it out quickly. I asked for another size and again he was speedy. That shoe was excellent and he dealt with the sale in an efficient manner. A nice shop with well trained and friendly staff.

M. C.I visited the store today and was greeted by Lucky the Manager of the store who was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. Lucky spent a lot of time explaining the different running shoes on offer and showing me how the technologies on the shoe differ so that you can get the best support for the activity that you are doing. Jake assisted me when I was trying on shoes and I have to disagree with the previous reviews as I found both Lucky & Jake very knowledgable and keen to address my needs, I left the store feeling very positive about my experience and its so refreshing to find such pleasant staff. Thank you Lucky & Jake for the time you spent with me today, its very much appreciated.
K. L.The only shop where I can buy shoes light enough not to aggravate my sore foot! Even better if you catch their sales - great value :-) Brought shoes back last week as I'd optimistically bought too small and no problem exchanging for larger size. Shoes for running or walking in and comfortable shoes for smart or casual occassions. Quieter midweek as very popular on weekends.

j. b.My Orthopaedic consultant recommended Sketchers to me as I have Arthritis in both ankles and my mobility is poor. Sketchers is not cheap so it took me a while to save up the money. My experience was fantastic, I was served by a chap called Lucky. Having explained my problems he immediately knew what I needed and style of shoe. I am active and do a lot of gardening so I needed a robust shoe, I also needed something more casual. He came up trumps. The rapore between the staff was jolly and they obviously had great faith in the Sketchers product. As Sketchers newbee I thoroughly endorse this store and the product. The shoes are so comfortable, less pain and improved balance Thank you.
