a. a.My son recently needed to get some shoes.....okay so we turned up with a pram, Straight away the staff offered to put the push chair safe for us, we walked upstairs and where greeted by the members of the staff upstairs in the child section, they where warm n friendly, in a friendly way they checked both of our sons feet, and showed us the shoes, we chose the ones he liked, they retrieved the sizes, allowed him to try them on, three sets I think, and we purchased. The patients, and understanding and knowledge and service provided by the staff was brilliant.
r. q.Hannah at Clarks Cardiff store today was absolutely fantastic. We brought in our 16 month old son for a fitting and a new pair of shoes and she made it so easy and enjoyable for our son going out of her way to make him smile. We got the shoes and a very happy boy too. Thank you Hannah

My Mum, Sister and I visited the store yesterday and brought seven pairs of shoes between us. All the staff were great but the lady that helped us was called Hannah and she was amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic! Thank you Hannah, we will definitely be returning!

My partner and I came in with our two children to get their feet measured and to get my daughter her first shoes. The customer assistant, Ash, was so patient and couldn’t have been more helpful. I really appreciated his patience with my son as he has additional needs which means it’s hard to keep him still for the fitting but ash was so patient with him. Amazing customer service.

S. P.Went for school schools for my daughter didn't have any luck with the children's department but now she's in adult sizes we tried in the women's section. The lady who served us was patient and brought out several pairs flif shoes for her to try on. Came away poorer but happy to find a pair that fitted.

I've always bought my daughter's shoes from here, but have had to bring 2 pairs back as they were the wrong size despite being measured. However, it's gets an extra star because of the quality of Clarks shoes and I've picked up good bargains in the sale.

Very professional and caring staff who are always ready to help find the best fitting shoe using the exact foot measurement gauge and identifying purpose of use. Prices are not cheap but money cannot be measured in ensuring the health and well being of your child's health.

A. J.Well layed out shop to find your size of shoes but I find it poor in types of styles, ok if you want brown or black leather casual but i fancy something else so i didn't stay long in my department but ages in with my wife :(

Well located at the entrance to one of its many covered galleries.
The most comfortable footwear I have ever experienced, as well as elegant and adapted to current tastes and materials.
Good prices with Black Fridey discounts and unbeatable staff attention.
It makes you want to fill your shoe rack, but despite its light weight, the return plane trip commands in terms of space and volume of suitcases.
