T. R.Lovely selection of shoes and boots. Served by a really helpful, friendly guy that could not do enough. Let me try on loads of pairs to help me decide and gave good advice on cleaning and maintenance. Came out with 2 pairs of 1460 shoes. I black 'Made in England's' and an ordinary pair in the oxblood. Unfortunately did not have my size in 'Made in England' oxblood but I just HAD to have them. Still breaking them in and had a few blisters but they look fab, I will preserve xxxx
C. H.I have been to a few Doc shops, but the service and genuine interest in the staff for you to walk out with something you'd love was exceptional! Particular mention to Sahil who made umpteen trips to the store room without any issue, and the colleagues who happily modelled shoes I was interested in! Excellent staff, excellent management, lovely to see!

M. B.Easily the most pleasant and professional store staff I have encountered for a long time. The manager especially, and another member of staff who helped me today were quite simply wonderful at their jobs. Nothing was too much trouble and the manager spent no little time searching for the boots that I wanted and gave me lots of advice and examples to consider. It was all too obvious why she runs the store and her patience and ability to make me feel at complete ease was much appreciated. Ultimately, I didn't buy anything but that's because the model I want was out of stock but it will only be a matter of time before I go back and make at least one purchase. In short; great manager, great staff, great store.

The staff were welcoming and genuinely funny. They showed me what the problem was and swiftly fixed it. Restored my faith in the brand tbh

The Cardiff store has such a lovely atmosphere, the staff are all so friendly and really eager to help without being overbearing. B. P.Looks like Wheelchair access. Shop is quite narrow. Beautiful shop, Dr martens logo on front makes it look really smart and stands out. As for the product.. You used to only be able to buy them in black or ox blood back in the day..not anymore. But as always the original is nearly always the best and black docs.. You have a pair of shoes for:

M. D.Two ladies working in store during my visit were an absolute pleasure. They were super helpful with finding me a pair that would be best for size and comfort for my first pair of Docs. Cashier was Grace but unfortunately I don't know the name of the other lady, but both were friendly, chatty and great to be around :)

R. W.Nice looking shop front and I picked up a great pair of shoes. Wasn't too impressed with the two staff who were on duty, though hopefully that's not the usual experience. I know retail isn't the most thrilling job going, but they came across as bored and unenthusiastic. Might as well order online next time.
