They had a greeter on the door who didn't say anything which I thought odd, but otherwise I found another staff member who took my order details and got someone to bring my parcel out. Massive selection of shoes on offer, and seems like plenty of staff to help you.

He was very friendly, have me advice on what shoes to get and when they didn't have them in stock he ordered them in. Very helpful staff and a great selection of reasonably priced shoes

They even let us try diff. sizes as my bf was unsure. Overall,Schuh is the only store I could give 5star as we have tried ( size? *another store) and (foot locker) which both suck.

It felt like neither of the staff members fully listened to my request and the issue in accessing an email, so it took a few attempts to get my message across.

B. j.The location of this store is now based in St Davids 2 complex. Having previously been based down on Queen Street which I would say has less footfall now due to most big retailers having moved to St Davids 2 and the surrounding area.
For the store it was well appointed and helpful staff however they did mot carry the ladies boot we were looking for.
The store is clean and bright and worth a visit.

A. J.I like going to Schuh because it's very bright and clean shop with lots of very helpful staff, and plenty of options for shoes. However, the prices can be quiet high for certain shoes.

I.Went in for some dr Martins for the little one. On tag it said £60 but on payment they were £50 so bargin. Staff where friendly and helpfull. One happy little girl.
