G.Staff was very helpful, we have had shoes for our child growing up to now which he is 3. We brought some shoes 8 weeks ago and 1 of the souls was dropping to pieces so we went back to mention it and show them. The other shoe was fine . They swapped them for a brand new pair of shoes and sent the other 1s back to the warehouse as faulty sole. I really didn't think they would do anything about it as I hadn't got a receipt or proof of bank statement as I paid cash but she fount it on the system and did a total swap. So thankyou very much you have made me a happy mummy .
A. M.Clarks is Clarks ain't it. You know what your getting. Tiny shoes for the same or higher price than adult shoes. Didn't have many styles we were able to choose (needed high tops) and ended up not even being able to order the correct size and style for delivery or collection. The staff were polite and apologetic so no complaints there.
m. s.Very good quality products and processes (foot measurement and classification). These are my reasons for coming back to the Derbion shop. Definitely not the service.

H. T.I only go in here to get my son's feet measured, I find it expensive and I don't like alot of their styles. When my son was younger I use to buy kids shoes from here as they lasted longer.
