I visited Schuh today and ordered a pair of black Adidas Gazelle trainers because they did not have my size in stock. I was served by Irina who was very helpful friendly and always smiled. Thank you for your service today

Lovely store! Very clean and tidy! Plenty of variety and different brands. Really wish they had the nike high top blazers, tbh maybe they had them just didn't ask. Lovely staff espionage lauren!! Great customer service and gave plenty of advice and tips for the app for points.

Great customer service, even though there was only 2 staff working and it was 5 minutes till closing. The lady took time to measure feet etc without rushing, then picked trainers which she had to find in the stock room.👍

Good shoes and nice staff, sad to see there isn't a clearance stand like other schuhs as not much was on offer and with brands like sketchers around the corner it makes it hard to take a good look.

It's a nice looking store with a variety of choice on stock. The mens shoe choice was a bit small however, they had a fair range of mens smart shoes. The customer acknowledgement was quite poor. I was not at all greeted, even when I picked up a shoe and inspected it. It also seems like they can't multi-serve very well. The person who served me was polite and courteous, she also appeared quite genuine. The service was swift and she was very patient. I did see someone else be served by another person and I know enthusiasm is a good thing but people can tell the difference between false enthusiasm and genuine. She put me off a lot, as it - to me made it seem very fake. Overall the customer service I received was quite good but definately need to improve on customer acknowledgement and engagement as a team.
