Very friendly staff who are always happy to help and give advice, for example measuring your child's feet without pressuring you into buying if the existing shoes still fit! They operate a loyalty scheme which gives discounts on repeat purchases. Definitely a much nice experience than going to one of the big chains.

C. M.Lots of choice, all great quality branded and leather shoes. Knowledgeable staff member worked quickly so my small children didn't get bored plus there was a little play kitchen. More expensive than other retailers but definitely worth it in my opinion. Shoes have lasted really well and receive lots of positive comments. Loyalty scheme available.

They have a great loyalty scheme too, sixth pair half price and twelfth pair free. Great for school shoes and boots, and trainers.
