G. C.Visited the Derby store end of May with my 84 year old Mother. The staff in store were exceptionally professional and well trained although they appeared very natural in their presentation.
It was a pleasure to visit the store. Very friendly but professional and nothing was too much trouble. We were offered chairs and coffee whilst we waited for the foot assessment.
