Good quality shoe shop with outlet price, the shoes are always great quality and will last , I have always found them comfortable, although this is an outlet shop and prices are less than the high street the savings are not huge but you do still get good footwear for the money.

Always been impressed with a Clarks outlet. Plenty to choose from in size order one side men the other ladies shoes and kids normally right at the back. I've lost count the pairs of shoes I've had from the outlet store's. Friendly staff always happy to help.

Have been taking the kids here now for 6 years. Great service and staff always very friendly. My son has insoles and there is always a member of qualified staff to measure and fit his shoes.

Great service and a good selection of quality shoes. Especially great if you have little ones. They will measure their feet even if your 'little ones'are not so little - my 14 year old son is 6 foot 3 and has rapidly growing feet so its important to get the right size of shoes.

My son has autism and finds the whole experience of getting new shoes rather difficult, last time resulted in a meltdown and shoes being thrown around the shop 🙈 This time I decided to book an appointment, to save queuing at least, when I mentioned ASD I was offered an appointment before the store opened to the public. The service was fantastic, one on one in an empty, quiet shop, the assistant was so patient and helpful. Excellent customer service Clarks, thank you.

Friendly staff! Children's feet sized quickly and efficiently and staff on hand to help advise innselexting shoes... Sue almost became a personal shopper for us and our two boys were very happy with the school, sport and 'going out' shoes we got them. As it is an outlet centre, the pricing was very good as well! Went to get kids school shoes didn't mind queuing as needed to get kids feet measured. Friendly staff only bad thing was if you didn't need feet measuring you could get straight in this lead to it being a bit to busy inside. Needed to regulate how many in the shop.

Always excellent service in this shop. Shoes are competively priced and there are some amazing bargains in high end shoes such as men's solid leather gortex formal shoes at £69.00. Well worth a visit.

We arrived at the shop expecting it to be very busy, which it was. My youngest son was having his feet measured and the lady realised he was struggling. I explained he has autism and right away they took us to a back room that was quiet. Thank you so much for this. For what can be very stressful for my son, you made a hundred times easier. The lady measured his feet, then brought options for me to chose. Excellent service, highly recommend and I will be returning 😃

Have a good range of footwear. If you arrive on the right day some of the deals are very good. I purchased a pair of walking boots reduced from £120 to £40. There was only the one pair, fortunately in my size. Always worth a look in.

I visited Clark's Outlet Store with my daughter and seven year old granddaughter. My granddaughter has sensory needs and was finding it difficult to cope with the number of people in the store and the amount of noise. Tracey , one of the assistants, picked up on this and took us to a quiet area. This turned an unpleasant experience into an enjoyable one. I cannot praise the staff enough.

Visited today with my child who struggles. Older lady working on the door noticed my son was struggling with the whole queueing etc and put us down for VIP and I can not thank her enough for helping when normally people just stare at him having meltdowns.

Smaller store with a limited selection of male footwear. Depending on what size you are depends on what styles you can have. Seen something in a smaller size you like?....not necessarily made in bigger sizes and vice versa. Better choice for women.

I had a good time today looking what was on offer and hope that Clark's stay there and not do what Next did we need a good shoe shop I came from Maltby. Many years ago we had two shoe shops in Maltby and now I have drive to Doncaster to find one. Clark's is in a nice shopping outlet with many good named company's we lost Next do not want to lost any more.
