Took a watch in for a new battery Was done very promptly.The lady who served me was very polite, courteous and friendly.Would highly recommend.

This little store helped me in times of need, on two separate occasions. One morning I was in a hurry, I had a meeting to attend and was quite aggressive with my laces. They snapped... After attending the meeting with one brogue lace-less, I nipped to Timpson's and bought myself a lovely set of high quality flat waxed laces. I've now learnt to be less heavy handed while handling my laces; give something a bit of love and they'll last many years, even laces. The second helpful service this store provided was the re-heeling of my loafers, they were done within 24 hours and the price was very reasonable.
