Went in spur of the moment for a new pair of shoes for the bairn and we were greeted by Sarah who was amazing throughout the whole experience. Paying full attention to her customer and giving us lots of different styles to choose from. Glad to say we made a well informed purchase and are very happy with the experience.

Served by two lovely ladies right at the end of their shift on a Sunday. They were really helpful and let my daughter try on her ordered shoes to check the fit. They had every right to be far more grumpy 5 minutes before closing but they were very kind!

I took my grandson for his school shoes and the young lady who measured and served us was absolutely amazing and so kind with him. My grandson has ADHD and she told him his energy was his superpower and to never change. I can't thank her enough, she made him feel great, the shoes were good too! 😏

Love this shop, I've been shopping from Clarks for the past 3 years! The staff at the Durham branch in particular are very knowledgable and very helpful! Would definitely recommend, the shoes here are brilliant!

Disappointed as seem to go in Clarks in a lot of parts of the country and never seem to have good section of shoes for my grandson or granddaughter in store sizes (6 and 7 as they are 2 and 2half and before am told go on line no thanks i like to go in a shop get a look at what things look like on .
