Excellent service and top quality work. I had a pair of boots that needed new leather soles and heals and I am delighted with the results, better than new. I have also used this shop for key cutting of all sorts and without fail the new keys work very smoothly first time. Very courteous and reliable service. Highly recommend.

Mark at Timpson's on Lothian road today gave beyond fantastic customer service. I went in to get a fix for a faulty watch strap that I had recently bought at a local independent store who had overcharged. After offering a replacement for the cheaper price as sold at Timpsons, I explained I couldn't quite afford it at this point in time. Within a minute he replaced my watch strap for free! While I was in there, he also kindly fixed another customer's watch (which took him no time at all!) without charging. Left feeling beyond grateful, Mark went beyond customer service today and is really supporting this community. Cheers Mark!
