Have now been a customer at Foot Solutions in Glasgow twice. On each occasion the service has been exemplary. They take time to understand your issues, carry out thorough and efficient assessments, explain clearly what they are doing and, critically, never exert any pressure on you to buy anything at all. I have relatively painful issues and on each occasion they have resolved them. I can’t recommend them highly enough and a special mention to Julie who is a credit to this company.

Excellent service and helpful staff! Was served by Julie in the store and the whole process was very easy throughout. As someone who has numerous foot problems, it's very hard for me to find adequate footwear or insoles. The custom made orthotics here are great! It's £275 a pair - which while steep, is worth it if you want comfort and to alleviate any chronic foot pain. As i've just got mine today, i'm yet to know how good they will be over time. I'm confident though that they will last and hopefully help me have as much comfort as possible in my day to day life. I will report back on my review if anything changes. I bought some shoes and arch supports in the store and experienced excellent competent, kind and caring service. Just got my custom made arch supports today and they work perfectly for me. Although I do not live in the UK I received them about two weeks after the order.

Brilliant!!! I was given a fitting the likes of which I've never had before then told my arches were dropping. Despite my sore knees, I didn't know. I was then sold a pair of bespoke, made to measure inserts for my shoes and within 48 hours of starting to use them, my sore knees are easing up. While this maybe means a poor service from the NHS, foot solutions were thorough and excellent. The staff were well trained and got me a product I now know I need. OK, it's was expensive but it really was money well spent.

I visited this store today with foot problems. Having plantar fasciitis it's hard to to walk in normal shoes. I think it was the beautiful young women karren served me (I think that was her name). She was absolutely fantastic. An older women was also involved who was also very helpful. Overall experience was fantastic. I bought insoles and a pair of shoes for the mean time. Would 100% recommend them. Anyone with foot problems must visit Thank you so much

I have had exactly the same experience as Susan. I’ve been back 3 times and been palmed off with constantly contradictory information. I will go back again and see if they can make the insoles three quarter length as they are of no use to me as they are. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Since posting this review I have returned to the store and an excellent member of staff has dealt with my problem very professionally

I have now had 3 pairs of shoes from this store The 1st time I came back from an Edinburgh trip and my feet were sore On way back home stopped if in Glasgow the im sure her name was Julie that served me was great took time and care to figure out what I needed Those shoes lasted me also 2 years again I went back bought 2 pairs thtbe next time Unfortunately 7 months later I had a problem with a pair of them Went back to the shop and then again the service was great My shoes got replaced I would recommend this store and its service , they do look after you Julie again was great and the rest of her colleagues Thank you and I will be returning Heather young
