Just want to say thanks to the Ugly Sister at Skechers Buchanan ST Glasgow who really cheered me up dressed up for Halloween. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable. The shop also looked fab, well done !

Having bought a pair slip ons and they were very comfortable but after a couple of months my heel was starting to slip out,l contacted customer care and was asked to contact the store concerned,l did so and was asked to bring in the shoes to the store l was asked to choose another pair as a replacement, service was fantastic and l am happy to give 5 stars thank you sketchers.

Skechers are my favourite brand of trainers at the moment, so a Skechers in Glasgow City Centre. However this is quite a small shop and there's also a bigger Skechers at the Fort in the east end which is worth a consideration if you don't see what you want here. Still it's a great location.

Phoned today to ask about a particular pair of boots I was looking for. Team member was so helpful. Checked stock and they did not have it. He gave me telephone numbers for some other shops that were showing them in stock. Explained I could pay over the phone and have them posted to me. Not something I knew was possible. Got them from Edinburgh store and they are on their way! That’s what I call good service.

I am new skechers' shoes but I am a complete convert. They soooo comfortable, and was surprised to discover that their range included so much more than just 'trainers'. They are probably the only shoes I will wear. More expensive than I would normally consider but, to my mind, worth it.

A really weird experience in the Buchanan Street shop yesterday! It was my first time in the shop & was looking for comfy multi-purpose casual shoes. I have narrow feet which and know I've just got to keep trying on shoes til I find a pair that fits! First sales assistant brought my first 2 pairs to try and told me that they wouldn't fit me as I had narrow feet. Whilst she was pleasant enough, I just can't believe how she abandonned me after seeing the shoes were too wide for me. I even had to ask her back to look at the shoes but she was SO busy evidently trying to serve as many people at once, that she had NO further interest in me as a customer. She did say I was toook around the shop & see if there was anything else but HOW do I know what might suit me and my narrow feet??! I'm not a sales person!! Then 2 other very sweet sales assistants came to help but no luck!! I cannot believe how there was no continuity of sales assistants. Truly awful! Don't even bother going if you have narrow feet! The WORST service I havd ever had. That sales assistant should be retrained. How rude!
