I really wanted a DM sandals and when I got to the store I was assisted by Taren(?) who is a lovely lady with light pink short hair. She’s super friendly and very patient in accommodating all of my requests. I tried on so many different types and sizes and she’s really patient with it. Definitely would go back and buy the boots there too ☺️

Ok I only went here as my daughter wanted new DM's we have in the past ordered online, I doubt we'll be doing this in the future. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and soooooo cool they have ice frosting in their hair ( ok dont take that literally ). Nothing is too much bother you could try on everything in stock and walk out without buying. It's a NO PRESSURE shopping experience. My daughter has bought custom DM's and off the shelf. It's not cheap but quality never is. Shiny happy fun!👍

I never leave reviews however I felt very satisfied with the customer service at this store , so much so that I decided to write a small one ! The woman (Eva) who brought me the docs I ended up buying (1461 3 eye quad platform shoes) was very helpful, kind, approachable and chatty and helped contribute to mine and my partners’ experience at this particular store as well as in Scotland in general, as this was my first time visiting Glasgow. Thank you Eva!!

I hardly ever leave reviews but I had such wonderful customer service today that I really wanted to make the effort to come online and make a point of letting the store know how great the person who helped me was. I didn't buy in store because I wanted to use the pay in instalments option online and I'm worried she'll miss out on missing her sales targets or something. The person who helped me said she was 28, she had tattoos on her legs and blonde hair (I think) and she helped me to find the perfect show - Adrian Smooth Leather Tassel Loafer in size 5 - and to figure out that to stop making them slip, I just needed to put an insole in. Super friendly, super helpful and very very accommodating.

Went in to try on a pair of boots for Christmas. Staff very helpful and even gave me the code for the boots so I can give it to my son. Love the shop but it's a shame the online store doesn't do click and collect rather than have home delivery.

Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Store was busy which is nice to see. But staff still made time to make sure my friend and I got what we needed. Would be back for a new.pair tomorrow if their boots weren't so darn durable. (Oh yeah they sell good quality too ^_^)

Everything about the size and time it takes to wear in was spot on. He was also a great employee for the company as he up sells. He knew the in's and outs of everything I asked! I have an amazing experience with this store. I try at list 5 or 6 pair of shoes and Amy was so nice. She takes care of me very well without rush, she offers me several options and gave me interesting tips. They have nice discounts for students, I don’t know if the whole year or just seasonal. I’m pretty happy with my Martens!
