A. R.I booked online arrived early, no problem we can see you now. Feet measured one daughter all sorted, happy mum, but second daughter had to try numerous pairs of shoes on to get a correct fit again no issues served by a lovely gentleman, we now go downhill, whilst I am aware numerous pairs of shoes on the floor are not ideal and cause a health and safety risk (trip hazard) there is a young lady who works at the store that really needs to learn some manners on how to speak to colleagues, quite simply she is RUDE!!! The poor chap hadn’t had time to put away the shoes, before she barked at him about the said shoes, perhaps had she invested more time in supporting her colleagues rather than declaring she had hit her target, I may have left a glowing review.
D. O.Went in this afternoon 21/04/2022 for a general look around with my daughter and granddaughter. My granddaughter who is 3 saw some sandals she liked but the size was out of stock. We had no intention in buying today, but we ordered them and will be collecting soon. The staff were very on hand, very welcoming, polite and patient.
J. W.Popped in today on the off chance they could measure both of my sons feet . Happily greeted with a yes that they could ….. both boys measured by the lovely Nisha who went above and beyond in her role, she helped my eldest son pick some shoes and then spent time with him teaching him to tie the laces ! She absolutely did not have to do this, as a Saturday in the school holidays is a busy time . I was so so impressed with her service , she is a credit to the store !

S. C.Thank you Clarks Gloucester for being so accommodating when I stupidly got the wrong day for a fitting with our 2 grandchildren. I am sorry I cant remember the name of the salesman he was very helpful and my grandchildren were very pleased with their shoes. Thankyou too to the manager who let us wait even though the shop was busy.

D. J.Great service. Not crowded as only so many people are allowed into the store at any time. Plenty of hand sanitiser available and staff were all wearing PPE. We went in to get school shoes. Staff were professional and friendly. I will say that they always ask us which style my child would like but choice is never an option as we are only able to choose from their size availability which is always limited.
