T.I got to go there because i needed a key for my caravan done and i couldn't find another place to do it even if i searched everywhere, but that small place saved my holiday, they where so nice and friendly and did my key in 5 min,it wasn't necessary to wait long for a new one like in other places

C. B.I bought a sheepskin flying jacket on Ebay and when it arrived there was far more damage than I expected. I negotiated a partial refund and then took the jacket to Bowens for repair. One sleeve had already been crudely mended and there were numerous small holes and rips in the surface. I asked for both sleeves to be repaired and strengthened and the holes made good. Bowens did a superb job making the repairs almost invisible and finishing off by cleaning and conditioning the leather.The cost was very reasonable and the jacket is a delight to wear. Thank you Bowens.
