Thank you so much to Katie (Hereford branch) who was so helpful today when I took my 2 year old in for a measure. She was patient with us and measured twice to make sure she had it right. My boy was super shy but came out with a pair of shoes he loves.

We qued for a short time and met with an extremely friendly lady who helped my daughter find a perfect pair of shoes for school. Even with the crazy times and major stress on staff nothing was too much and you weren't rushed at all. Selection was small but as to be expected at the end of holidays after a pandemic. I was served today by a helpful and friendly member of staff called Danielle. Good quality shoes and one of the pairs were on sale at a very reasonable price. I was very happy leaving the store with my purchases.

I cannot have been in the store more than ten minutes. I showed the assistant my shoes and asked her if Clarks still had the style. She went downstairs and soon reappeared with the right style size and width. The purchase was quickly completed. Painless!

If you love your feet this is the shoe place you need to be. I love my shoes, I work 12 hours a day and I am always on my feet and Clarke shoes are so comfortable and it last for years. It is worth the money you pay.

Staff are nice here and seem to fit shoes well, just annoying that they don't have much of a range. My eldest son couldn't find anything he liked in his size and only had the choice of 2 pairs of school shoes (both very similar in design too) and there was absolutely nothing in stock suitable for my toddler.... His feet are small, but crawlers would not have lasted 2 minutes with him walking and climbing. I told the staff this but they still went on to show me 3 pairs of crawlers. Also, very unfair that had I have wanted to put my little boy in girl shoes, he would have had lots of choice

I visited Clarks with my 11 year daughter as she needed a new pair of shoes for school. We were served by a very helpful and patient young lady called Beth. My daughter is quite shy but Beth made her feel at total ease and after trying on a number of different widths we came away with a lovely fitting pair.

Not up to there usual standards. Was told that my cold foot fitted the shoe well when it was obviously too tight and was hurting my son's feet. Felt pressured to take the more expensive shoe.

What a shame I cannot ring the store! Calls to this number cons 7 pence per minute. Wanted to ask if I should go on eBay to buy shoes instead of using Clarks, I know their answer, if you want quality then that is why you use Clarks. Then why do you use a cheap and nasty courier to deliver your goods? That is how you get rid of companies that invest in both people and infrastructure.
