Bought some more quality shoes here recently. My new Crockett and Jones boots look great and are very comfortable. Excellent customer service that you wouldn’t find online sellers or from shopping at the big chains. I broke a lace on my old trainers when putting them back on after purchasing my boots and they gave me a free pair of laces then helped me relace my trainers.

This is, without doubt, the best shoe shop in the area. I visited today and bought a pair of Barker brogues and the service could not be faulted. It’s been an absolute pleasure buying shoes from Reads. Had a tough time finding the Crocket and Jones Chepstow boot as it’s been discontinued but stumbled upon Reads through their website, called and bought it unseen through PayPal. I’d always choose to buy from here again despite being located in Germany - despite the distance and the brief interaction was the focus on quality of service and consumer centred expertise very much noticeable!
