P. B.Purchased some Dr Martins for my daughter. The experience was great, the staff left us to look around at our own leisure. Amelia was very helpful and made my daughter feel very comfortable about the problem of having bigger feet than most girls her age. My daughter usually hates shoe shopping because of it but theft the shop smiling. Thank you.

J. S.Decent selection of footwear if you like a particular style but not a vast amount of variation. Good for Vans, Converse and New Balance. Kids section is small. Seems more female orientated.
S. S.I went in to Schuh today and the two staff who delt with me could not be more helpful. Aaron I believe his name was, was lovely and even tied my laces for me haha! Felt like Cinderella. Great customer service goes a long way. So thank you!

Staff seem happy to help but equally interested in chatting amongst themselves.
R. G.Popped in to pick up a bag for my daughter. I was at the till for about five minutes before I was actually served. The staff leaving the shop were polite enough but I think because of the way the shop is layed out the staff actually working couldn't see me from where they were in the shop. There was no one on the till.

G. A.A mediocre selection of shops. Tesco's being the main attraction. Supposed to be the covered high street, but high streets a more than female clothes shops and the odd few others. Thank heavens for the other areas in the town centre that you have some alternatives.
