K. E.We visited on Monday 11th November having bought the wrong size of footwear at another Skechers outlet. Sara from the onset was welcoming, helpful, patient, and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. We left with price matched footwear (a lovely touch) as well as another pair of shoes having been reserved for us in York for 10 days. The stock range was huge, customer care exceptional. We would not himesitate in returning. Our only comment to Skechers is as the shoes that are reserved were sold to us by Sara we hope she will get the commission.
