Thank you so much to the staff friendly and welcoming. Very careful measuring for my toddler, they made it fun and allowed her to fully enjoy the experience trying on shoes and boots and running to get a good feel if comfort. Very professional and fun.

Went to Clarks for the school shoe shop and we were served by Adam who was brilliant! He took his time, interacted with my son! Even though it was very busy - we didn’t feel rushed! Well done Adam!! You were fab!

Today I took my daughter to Ipswich Clarks. My daughter finds buying trying on Shoes quite distressing as she has a lot of sensory issues. My daughter had the best experience for a long time. They understood, listened to her, did not rush her or make her feel awkward . Two pairs of shoes later we left the shop with her smiling and happy . I would like to point out that my daughter is 35 years old with size 3 and 2.5 shoes size having varies widths helped enormously. Thank you Declan and the wonderful shop manger for a truly amazing customer care in equality and diversity.

I have very wide feet with a high instep, so it's very difficult to buy shoes, let alone any type of boot. I've had my current boots (also from Clarks) for the last 18 years as I've struggled to replace them. I went into the Ipswich store today and was quickly helped by Lucy. Her service was excellent and when I explained my predicament, that every year I try to find replacement boots, I can never find anything and was resigned to continuing with my old ones. She looked at my feet and offered a number of options, suggesting different styles to accommodate the width and suited the shape. Within 3 pairs of shoes I'd found something which fitted perfectly and I actually liked! We also discovered they donate old shoes / exchange for school supplies (??) So I left my old boots with them too. Overall a very good experience and I'm delighted with my new shoes!

Very attentive staff for my two children. Measure and fitted and double checked by another member of staff, made me feel very confident in the shoes they would be wearing all day at school. For children Clarks shoes are a must. Very well made, you can wash them in a washing machine and they'll come up like new! Always a good selection of styles and sizes. More online too. Helpful staff and safe knowledge of sturdy shoes means happy family all round. Thank you.

5 stars for sure. I keep forgetting to go online and rate my seller but he was great. I will do that soon. I called ahead to find out if they offered any help or support as one of my daughters is autistic, crowds and noise of shops is not a pleasant experience and all staff went out of their way for us.
