Needed shoes last minute for a competition so decided to call (I do get abit of phone anxiety just cause my hearing isn't the greatest on the best of days) and the dude on the other end was super nice and patient. He checked if he had my size in stock and i enquired about delivery. He was super lovely and knowledgeable and let me know my options (he even went to the point of ensuring I was ordering the correct size). Anyway my shoes came in time and infact earlier than I expected so honestly, all round great experience. Will 100% buy again as a first port of call for Pleasers, and honestly as a precaution if you're unsure about anything, I'd suggest just calling! - Really fab, thank you FM
