N. A. “.Bought the slippers for a gift for my sister...they are so nice and pretty. Very well made and comfortable. She will love them. Ordering and delivery perfect and straight forward. . Great price too as they had an offer on them. All round a great buy. Thankyou
C. M.So far, so good. Used to wearing leather mules, so finding these a little warm but that may be a bonus in winter. Nice soft leather to the outside and rubber soles allow for bending the foot. I take a 7 and ordered 7 and it fits perfectly.
a. p.Ordering was smooth...ordered two identical pairs in different sizes as gifts. 1 pair was perfect, the other pair unfortunately not. Seemed to be a used/display/returned pair. Outer box damaged and sellotaped together. The inner slippers heavily creased and showing signs of being worn/mistreated.
I returned them with the prepaid return label purchased when the mules were ordered. Now to be seen what they do to rectify the situation as I'm still in need of a fresh pair of the returned mules.
Will update my review accordingly. Just annoyed at the headache of arranging return etc as the second pair was very obvious not up to scratch when they sent them out! Just makes me feel that someone was trying to pull a fast one!
L. K.I ordered some slippers for christmas but I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. The return was super straight forward and I got an email from the friendly team to let me know they'd received it back. I stated what size I needed on the return slip and the new order was despatched within a few days. Thankfully got it in time for Christmas too! Great service!
L. U.Bought two pairs of moccasin slippers to get one at half price. Took a while to post out, when the arrived they were well packed but the items themselves were disappointing. Very thin suede, very narrow toe end, both pairs were the same. Not worth even half price. They won't last long and I'll look for some a bit more substantial. Sorry !!

They lasted such an incredibly long time (in stark contrast to those on offer at certain chain stores) and the service from House of Slippers was so excellent that I decided to buy my replacement ones from this company as well. I ordered them late morning and they arrived via Royal Mail less than 24 hours later. The slippers (Sleepers Katie) are the same excellent quality as my original ones that I know they will also last a very long time. They were a also bargain, as House of Slippers had a buy two for £35 offer on at the time (saving me £5). I would never buy my slippers anywhere else and, having viewed the great quality loungewear and accessories on the website, I shall definitely be ordering other items as well.

M. L.Ordered a size up because they’re slippers and I like to wear fluffy socks with them in winter. Unfortunately, they only just fit with my regular socks so that won’t be happening. I’m hoping they will give a little. Having said that, they are the most cosy, comfortable slipper with a great hard sole, which supports the foot brilliantly. I normally have to put an insole into regular flat slippers, but not this pair. And to top it off, they look super cute too and good value for money. L.The slippers I bought are size 5. Although comfortable I found them to be a bit short in the length. Slippers usually stretch when worn so this is what I am expecting and at present the toes are a little hard which I think will soften up with wear. If I had bought the bigger size they would have been far too big. They feel lovely and soft to walk on and the soles are a good thickness.

Now in lock-down my slippers have seen there last days, so my daughter asked me what i would like for my Birthday so i said A PAIR OF SLIPPERS so she said send for a pair. i went on the web and house of slippers came up and they had the pair i was looking for, Leather uppers.
Ordered those they arrived very quickly but i cant have them till my Birthday.

If you have beautiful patrician feet that are slims and slender with delicate ankles and shell-like little nails then these are probably for you. If, however, you stand on amorphous bloated joints of ham on the end of legs that don't seem to taper at all, all a legacy of twenty years plodding the hospital wards BUT (and this is very important) STILL WANT PRETTY SLIPPERS then you will be as disappointed as I was. I refuse to succumb to nursing-home velcro nasties at my age. Manufacturers and vendors please take note that ladies with size 9EEE feet still want funky footwear
