A guy called Nick looked after us. A good guy, really friendly, couldn’t be more helpful when my mrs was trying out different pairs of Converse. Talked football with my kids and was an all round top man. Thank you Nick!

It was very difficult to find any staff for help when needed. Not a lot of space with how it's laid out to keep a little distance between other customers. Didn't have any of the sizes we needed for any of the ones we liked. The ability to pay in store with Klarna is a plus though.

Like it as l bought two pair of shoes for sending in India however l thing l didn't like about their service is they sold us different pair of shoes which later we exchanged but still its like wastage of money(taxi fare)and time as well

Not a lot of selection and staff weren't helpful; 3 just stood around chatting while we entered looked around and left as we didn't find what we wanted. Lost opportunity.

The shop is clean and well lit with a fairly good selection of men's, women's and kid's shoes. The prices are average and they even sell other items like backpacks, umbrellas etc and there is also a selection of trainers too. My only negative is that they don't really sell real leather footwear the shoes etc look good but far as i can tell they are all man made upppers with other materials which are not always healthy for the feet as well as encouraging them to sweat more, whereas competitors such as Clarkes sell shoes with leather uppers.

Asked to try on shoes after eventually being approached. Then while trying on the shoes I was left for 5-10 minutes, with the lady who was dealing with me, walking off to talk to other customers and staff... I understand customers but while this was the case, not one of the many other free staff members came over to see if I was ok. I repeatedly was looking to see if she was going to return or anyone else was going to come over but it didn't look like it would be anytime soon so I got up and left. I don't think they even notice to be honest.
