Both ordered in same size, so Big Appeal definitely run slightly larger (I do have quite narrow feet though, so this may not be true for everyone!). Really swiftly delivered and currently awaiting refund. I know return has been received back, but allowing for the festive period, I guess refund may take a little time... Overall very happy :o)

s. e.Very pleased with the shoes but thought it was a bit of a dodgy deal to sell return slips for £1. Shoes are notoriously difficult to buy online because of the difference in width from one maker to the next, so it would have been foolish not to get the return slip, which in the end I didn't need as the shoes fitted fine. Other companies offer free returns and I thought it was a bit churlish for you not to.

So we now have the perfect shoe, they are wide enough to accommodate a rather swollen foot and provide the right amount of support for walking. I walk my dog in very muddy fields and these are perfect! So far its been raining and frosty and my socks have stayed perfectly dry on all occasions. I'm a size 5 but decided to get a size 6 as wellies are usually too tight but they fit perfectly! They are so comfy immediately when you wear them for the first time and fantastic quality for the price. I can't believe I didn't buy them sooner.

S. 4.Have used Shuperb before and the whole buying process was straight forward with top brands at great prices. Delivery was quick too, so what’s not to like. If only more companies could be this good.

There are a number of reasons I placed an order with them. The price was so good I had to do a double take to make sure these were the same shoes I was looking for! Coming from overseas to the U.S. the shipping times were extremely fast. Of course the reviews had to be good. These three variables all proved themselves out to me!
