I contacted the Heel Bar on Instagram to get my Dr Martens cut down from an 8 eyelet to 6. They were really helpful and replied quickly! It was very easy to send my boots off to them as I’m not local and they kept me updated on receiving my boots and when they had completed the work- which was so quick!! The boots look amazing, the work is top notch and look very professional. Would highly recommend! Thanks guys for the brilliant work

Amazing customer service as always. Dipesh is always so professional and happy to help. Had my pets collar hole punched and shoes repaired, resolved and polished. On one occasion, he even fixed a my small pressure cooker

I was in need of a quieter heel for my leather boots for an event in London. The Heel Bar definitely was very knowledgable about the type of rubber heels i needed and about leather shoes compared to other local shoe repair shops. The boots were done within a quick 10 mins!!
