Needed to find some shoes that were sturdy enough for standing on my feet all day and for a wide foot. My daughter recommended Sketchers. I was served by Matilda who was very helpful in recommending a couple of pairs, explaining the benefits etc . From start to finish I found her friendly, knowledgeable and demonstrating good customer service, something quite rare these days in some stores. I am delighted to have found comfortable shoes at last. Thank you.

The best shoe shopping experience I have ever had. Zoltan, the manager, showed me all the suitable shoes for walking and then provided me with 8 pairs to try. I was then assisted by the very knowledgeable and helpful Matilda, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Never once did I feel hurried or forced in to buy anything. Even my brother (who's very fussy) is intent on going back and buying a pair. Highly recommended.

Called in to Lincoln store with my wife for work shoes for her. Served by Zoltan who is very knowledgeable about all of the shoes in store, so much so that I ended up buying a pair of shoes for myself as well as for my wife. I bought a pair of trainers a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately I had to take them back due to slight issues, however the lady in the Lincoln store was extremely helpful and resolved the issue and I left the store with a brand new pair.
