M. E.Recently ordered online a pair of New Balance sneakers 👟. The order was delivered directly to Liverpool 1 store. The shop assistant was extremely helpful making sure my order was given to me quickly. Love the new sneakers 👟 and I regularly shop at footasylum. I 🤷🏾♂️👍

L. s.Got served my a lovely girl called Hana, gave me fab advice on the ice cream pink Nike blazers, as I usually pick the same pair of shoes (vans) but decided to go different and get Nike blazers and was unsure wether they looked okay but hana gave me confidence in them and helped me take the leap of getting a different style of shoe, if you see this Thankyou hana for your customer service! Is much appreciated x

I. b. J.Shopped their recently when JD Sports (facing) didn't have what I wanted. The service is better here in every way. Friendly staff who'll have a proper convo with you while you're at the till, they'll always offer to help and things are smoother and less full-on. They tell you about their app, which has a points system that enables you to get money off future purchases. It's worth downloading before you make your first/next visit.
DROME is upstairs too, so that's clothing also sorted. They also offer the same range you might find in JD Sports at similar prices.
