A. T.Very good customer service. I ordered during the pandemic. (Originally ordered via JD Sports who were the absolute worst and I will never order from them again.)
The trainers came in time for my sons birthday and were too small. Emailed them and were very helpful. Advised me that it could take a while to return them due to Covid but extended warranty period so this would be OK. Also advised to take to a store for a quicker refund. We took them to Livingston Footlocker and the staff were amazing and friendly. Very informative and not pushy in the slightest. Also the standard of packaging and product that came from Foot Locker was as good as ordering directly from Nike. When I ordered from JD the boxes were destroyed and the shoes had previous been worn - outside. And they didn't even apologise. I know where I'll go next time I want some new kicks! Added some pics of my sons pairs that we returned.
Remember....avoid JD Sports at all costs. They will not allow you to spend a gift card on certain styles if they are being sent directly from the supplier. They have almost zero customer service. And they don't guarantee that the product will be fit for purpose after they ship it to you.
