Not sure why people are commenting on not knowing who staff is when they are clearly busy, but always so pleasant compared to other stores. Been served by a particularly lovely lady in store Natasha who was a real diamond when it came to helping me and making me feel so comfortable! Funny and full of light as are the rest of the team I'm sure

Great shoes but service could definitely improve. Workers blend in with customers and you need to actively look for someone to help you as no one is proactive to approach you and offer help. Shoes are still amazing though.

Really nice shoes, got myself a pair of Cream Clean 90’s. They look so clean and the silhouette is amazing. They take quite a few wears to break in and as expected with leather shoes they do crease but not as much as you’d expect. The only reason for the 4 star review is that the gold lettering inside the shoe has come off within 2 wears. The shoe was also marked when it arrived, one shoes was fine, the other had a few marks on it but didn’t want to bother sending them back to get another pair. The print on the inside of the shoe needs to be much better quality but apart from that these are great shoes, I’d recommend going 1/2 a size down.

Love the brand, but this shop doesn't have loads of stock. I've been in 3x (for different shoe sizes) and they've never had the size I required. Staff are nice and shop layout is done well, but treat it as a showroom, not really a retailer.

Went in to buy a gift, the service left much to be desired. I was left waiting a long time for one item (a small leather good) and was given the item without it being shown to me and was poorly gift wrapped. It had a ribbon much too small for the box and with a sticker on the outside describing the contents! (thus ruining the element of surprise that comes with gift wrapping.) Bizarrely, I had to ask for a bag which then caused another long wait. Luckily I opened the box later to find the item was free of marks but I won't be shopping in the store again after this experience.

Very good quality footwear. Easily comparable with Common Projects. But service is appalling and delivery charges are extortionate on the website. £8 for 3 - 5 business days, and £25 for express? What a joke!

Luv Arigato trainer's have many pairs in colours & designs very well priced for the quality, staff super friendly & helpful & now my 7 yr old niece luvs them too Cant wait for the spring/summer collection to come out 👍

Great shoes, take some time to stretch out. But make common projects look like a overpriced joke when you realise they both use the same sole manufacter.
