Went to the shop twice and got my pairs of favourite shoes at last. Thanks Benji for her excellent service. Other staff were very friendly as well. Birkenstock is really a good brand for people having flat feet.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had reserved a pair of shoes at the Carnaby Street store I was going to buy that same day after work, but they closed earlier than usual and I missed it by a few mins. I headed here with 5mins to spare until closing and an amazing assistant named Ozzy sorted me out with the same pair. He even spent the time ensuring I had picked the right size before I paid and offered loads of help. He is just brilliant, and a perfect example of proper customer service you don't always see in busy London stores 🙌

I purchase boots from Birkenstock in Covent Garden today. Very happy with the service and the boots. When I came home I noticed the manager had omitted to give me a discount (£10) that we had agreed. I called her later in the day but she was unable to help unless I returned to the shop with the receipt. Disappointed with after-sales - expected a little better from Birkenstock...

Thank you so much to the guy who helped me choose my shoes today! I wish I asked for his name as he was so helpful with the sizes and design, making the whole experience easy breezy and chill! Was pretty irritated how we had to wait 40 mins to get into the shop but he made it so worth it.

A tiny shop, but packed with various models, in times of Covid they always have a queue as they regulate the number of people in... Which actually workes out better as you get more space and attention once you are in.

I've visited this store semi regularly over the last year. I've always been acknowledged within two minutes of walking in the door. The service received has been lovely and friendly,even during the summer when the stock is predominantly sandals! It's quite a small store but the space is utilised well and the staff are eager to assist. Some of the reviews on here are for online orders which reflects badly on the star rating which isn't their fault!

Honestly amazing customer service here. They assisted my son who was throwing a fit by giving him crayons and paper to colour with while browsing sandals. When my wife had issues with the sizes they assisted us until we were satisfied. Great products.

I went in to buy sandals. The shop was a hive of activity! Nina was our indefatigable helper. She brought the models we asked for and also others she thought might be interesting - she clocked my pink trainers and brought the model we asked for in Pink and violet too! Finally when we knew what we wanted, but they didn't have the colour in the shop, she helped us order them online! She was completely wonderful! Thank you Nina!

It’s a bit bewildering when trying to choose a Birkenstock for the first time. However I had excellent help from Leon who guided me through the process and showed great patience as I tried on numerous models. Very happy with my final choice. Now just have to wear them in.

Last saturday was my first time going in canarby street where i was surprised when i saw a birkenstock shop and as soon as i entered i was greeted with a friendly smile. Normally i shop directly from websites and i was impressed that the guy who served me had outstanding customer service and product knowledge. The shoes are good quality and comfortable but they did not have too many sizes available.

I didn't have to wait too long before I was helped by a staff member. She was very helpful and found the size I was looking for. Amazing experience here. With the first week of sun gracing London, and at the peak of Saturday afternoon, we were expecting mayhem in the packed store. Despite a circus of tourists, the staff were unbelievably helpful and stoic amongst the craziness. One of the guys helped us for over 20 minutes, offering impassioned explanations on sandal fit and form. The Birk is back, and I'd go no further than the London flagship for your pair.

The shop is really smaller than I expected. Not every product that is available on their website and not every colour and style is available there in the shop. I therefore recommend you online shopping if you already have a certain size and style in mind instead of visiting the shop. Although the shop seemed really busy but the staff were kind and attentive and helped me to pick a pair close to which I had in mind and they didn’t have.

My visit on the 30th july was very very horrible. The shopfloor was maniac. Two gentlemens went out of their way to come out their lunch to help the customers which was really pleasant to see and nothing in stock.
