I went to Velasca to buy a pair of shoes for a wedding. Boy these shoes are amazing! They are the definition of craftsmanship. The service was also outstanding. Sara went to extreme lengths to make sure I would have the correct shoes size on time for my event, even if they were not in stock on the day. Highly recommended!

Sara was exceptional. I visited the store to purchase a pair of Oxfords for my wedding. Sara offered fantastic advice about what styles were appropriate for my suit along with the sizing and how the shoe would shape and feel over time. I tried several pairs, Sara did not rush me at all, offering sizes and opinion. I also bought two beach loafers as I felt Comfortable and had time to mooch. The shoes are magnificent and Sara made this was a very enjoyable experience.

The shop is lovely and the service impeccable (and very patient with me), I eventually bought a pair of the brown leather ankle boots to get me through the winter in style, polish kit and shoe inserts. I will definitely be back for a pair of loafers, maybe two in the spring! Great work on providing these high end shoes at such great prices!

Not pleased. I had 150 euro store credit that I cannot apply during the sale. I was told this was an IT issue, but they could not process this manually. Shoes used to be priced out in EUR, now they are 1:1 EUR to GBP conversation at the same time GBP is still 15% stronger. Also the 2nd pair of loafers I bought started to fall apart in less than 2 weeks of wearing. UPDATE: Customer service resolved my query and I was able to get the discount card and shoes sorted. Nice to have this brand on UK market

As a petite ladie with wide feet, it is soo hard to find nice and good quality shoes. This shop is simply amazing if you are looking for looks, quality and comfort. I am size 38-39 and they've started offering those sizes to their men's lines as well as a new women's line. Great shop and customer service experience as well.
