This shop is relatively big and comfortable to try shoes on. The staff are very polite despite being swamped with numerous clients due to the location. Clarks shoes have always been consistently comfortable, and sizes always consistent. I wish there were some more modern versions of classic business shoes, such as with more modern soles.

I love the Christmas tree display, but the shop seemed a bit empty in terms of shoe offerings compared to others in that street. Staff were helpful, didn’t have my size, but offered to try in another colour and then send to my house. A shame more variety of men’s shoes not on offer.

I am a loyal Clark user. As a kid mum got their shoes for us although i didn’t fancy them then. Now, I find them to be the best fit for my feet and at clearance prices, great for my pocket. Generally, the staff were patient & helpful!

My feet are in heaven, the prices affordable and the customer service was second to none. Seriously, the place was heaving with people and I had shoes in minutes and the staff there were always engaging friendly and available. Plus they helped check the fit so I had the right size (bonus: they come in half sizes too).

This branch was very busy as it has sales on but it was easy to find a staff member to get my shoes and they came quickly. the staff members were also knowledgable and were able to tell me there was free delivery on their website as my size wasn't in stock.

Centrally located, offers a reasonable range of classic and casual shoes. Staff here are keen to sell and not hugely friendly, but helpful enough to assist. Prices seemed higher compared to other Clarks stores I have been to.

Went there with the intention of buying a pair, however was having quite some difficulty in finding the best quality and material however two of their staff did come to help me finding for my new shoes. Another thing was that, if you ask them to throw your old shoes, they are actually going to recycle them and the money will go for charity.

Easily had my worst experience in the Westfield store lately. All of the staff were brilliant except for one team leader that made me feel so very unwelcome. He interrupted my conversations with the staff members, he took a team member away from me whilst I was having a conversation with him and he kept looking at me as he walked past. I really did not enjoy this.

Flagship store. They’ve got the latest and widest range compared to all the other Clark’s store in London or in fact UK. You might get some good stuff on sale which is store specific. I didn’t buy anything but did showrooming. That’s ended up buying online from amazon for the pair of shoes I liked in store at almost 40% reduced price. Sorry about that Clark’s. But you are just too pricey. But you are too good for your quality I bet.

I am currently backpacking UK and found a great quality pair of boots here at Clark. Louis, was extremely helpful! She was so wonderful, patient, and I felt she went above and beyond for me. She explained to me the type of shoe I'd need (because I am unfamiliar with the weather here) and even though they didn't have one of the shoes I wanted in stock and was staying at a hostel, she found a way to make it work. Also, the other employees were very nice and helpful as well. EXCELLENT customer service. EXCELLENT quality of shoes! So happy with my purchases, I HIGHLY recommend :)

I think Clarks is a good shoe company. I bought a pair of boots from them a month ago, and since then, I wear them everyday at work. The quality didn't change much, it's still like new. The size fits perfectly and they look good with trousers, skirts or dresses. Highly recommended. 👌👍❤
