The staff team are pretty friendly and helpful, as I was quickly provided the pair of boots that I've been looking for. A special thanks to one of the staff named James, who made absolutely certain I was happy with the boots and how they fit before we proceed any further.

Shoemaker is displayed in the latest James Bond movie which they try and milk tonthe maximum which is annoying. First time i try this classic UK brand, shoes are not on the cheap side, especially not the shoes accessories (i.g. 75£ for shoes tree)

What do I love about Crockett & Jones? Obviously, I have to start with the shoes. Whether you want something very smart (Savile) and fit for a suit, or something durable yet still great looking as a daily wear-it-anywhere (Chelsea, especially Chelsea 5), or something a bit unusual that stands out in the best way (Coniston boots), they have it. The best, though? The cordovan collection. Beautiful examples of skill, design, material and attention to detail.
But it's not all about the shoes. The service here is top notch. No pushy sales tactics, just careful explanations of what's what, and answers to all your questions. Everyone is great, but Christopher Marshall was especially helpful on my last visit.
Can you spend less? Definitely. Can you spend more? Sure. But you won't find better shoes and service, no matter the price.
