Bought a pair of shoes for my husband and received outstanding service. The consultant was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to make the right choice. The rest of the staff was very lovely too. Would recommend the store to anyone in a heartbeat, will be coming back for a pair of Chelsea boots for myself later.

Although I didn't end up buying the shoes from here simply because I needed a particular colour that was unfortunately not available, I feel compelled to leave a review because their service was absolutely amazing and in my opinion their shoes had the best quality from all the shops on the street. I went to Crockett & Jones as it was recommended by a friend who mentioned he moved from all makes to only buying here. And I must admit I have done the same. The shoes are beautiful (specially their slippers which I find great), confortable, and last. Add a topy sole and they last forever. Salespeople are also nice and caring.

I wish all retail experiences were the same as this one. As soon as we entered the shop with my friend we were greeted by a fantastic sales assistant whose name is Kamran. As shoe enthusiasts my friend and I asked many questions about leathers, lasts and construction, all were answered either directly by Kamran or after a quick research. We then proceeded to try on several pairs of shoes each and Kamran took his time with each ensuring a perfect fit for every pair we tried on the both of us. I walked out with a beautiful pair of a Conistons and will be back for more. I am sure all sales assistant in this shop are as good as Kamran but I will make sure that he is working next time I am coming!

Great service and beautiful shoes. One of the very few independent shoe makers who take the time to distinguish and describe their different lasts, and use those to help fit shoes. The shoes themselves are very finely made and very comfortable. Bought a pair of boots last time and they felt great in my feet from the start. Service is excellent: attentive and helpful. The shoes are needless to say, you know their shoes so you buy their shoes, just simply trust the traditional British craftsmanship and it definetely worth every penny. I bought several pairs when I was in London last year, and one of them was in need of resole this summer, so I shipped them back to the store. The staffs are friendly and very professional. After ten weeks waiting, the pair came back and looks like a brand new. The experience is simply amazing.

Had a stitching damaged on one of my shoes, after contacting support I had to exchange few emails, went to the store, quick expertise from Christopher (store manager) and replacement shoes were in my bag within 5 minutes, everything hassle free. I'm a little bit biased as I now only wear Crockett and Jones shoes. They offer a fantastic range of classic styles that are constantly refreshed and given a modern treatment. Irrespective of how formal a pair of shoes might look, it will always be supremely comfortable as they are made for walking as well as looking good. Staff in both Jermyn Street shops are very attentive and knowledgeable about their subject.

What a lovely store especially if you appreciate well-made shoes both for men and women but it would be remiss of me not to point out the vast majority of the shoes and boots are for men. Even if you are not thinking of a purchase the store is worth a visit to admire the quality of the leather used and the workmanship that goes into producing such fine quality workmanship. The store also has a really nice smell, that lovely aroma of new leather. I found the staff to be friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. A must visit for lovers of shoes.

I had been researching quality English shoes for a little while and stumbled across numerous positive reviews of Crockett & Jones. With my upcoming trip to London, I decided I had to have a look and see what all the fuss was about. What I noticed first was the staff was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I found the pair of shoes that suited me. I ended up purchasing two shoes, the Westbourne and Selborn. They didn't have the Selborn in stock so Josh, the gentleman who helped me, ensured that he would get both pairs shipped back the California for me. Josh was such a wonderful salesperson and was so helpful in finding me the right fit and style. I spoke with another salesperson who asked me how I was doing and I told him how excited I was to get a pair and that I love the quality and contemporary designs of their shoes. He was very pleased with the fact that I, as a young person, associated C&J with modern style. For people who are looking for contemporary shoes with the quality of old English shoemaking, C&J is your ticket. I had a wonderful experience at this shop and I am looking forward to receiving my shoes. Thank you guys for all your help! I could not be more pleased.

If you are looking for a quality goodyear welted shoe, look no further than 92 Jermyn St. Out of all of the C&J stores in the vicinity, expect to receive top notch service in this branch in particular. Their branch manager has been with this particular store for a very long time and brings with him a wealth of experience in customer care. His patient, caring and jovial attitude is clearly reflected in all of his staff. While I was trying on shoes, he made sure to check in with me regularly to make sure I was being properly taken care of - almost to the point of fanaticism! On this particular occasion, I had the pleasure of being served by Baz. Throughout the fitting process, he remained patient, friendly and exerted no pressure at all for me to make a purchase. He was also able to offer me top notch fitting advice between the different lasts. Despite trying on quite a fair number of pairs that day, I remained undecided and did not actually make a purchase then. When I returned two days later, he recognised me and still attended to me with the same positive attitude that I received on the first day despite me not actually purchasing anything on the first day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pair of quality goodyear welted shoes. Service here is as excellent as it gets! I could not be happier with my purchase!

Still the city standard, picked up some casual shoes this time around, went above and beyond ensuring I was happy with style, size, comfort, etc. Perhaps you’d expect that but the team appear as if from nowhere to ensure you have what you need, are knowledgeable, and can help with any small questions.
