I fancied a new pair of dr martens I was greeted By a really friendly member of the team by the name of Richard ( Denn) who was absolutely professional in every way , he then called over a nice young lady by the name of Emily who was Equally as professional, theses two members of staff are worth there weight in gold ,,”. Great retro place that took me back to my youth with my 16 hole ‘ox blood ‘ DM’s (I forget exactly how many holes - but they were a pain to get on and off and came halfway up my calf ). This time I was here for an early Christmas present for my middle daughter . She went classic black . They also play retro music from my era - which sits well in this iconic shop creating a good vibe. Recommend.

It can get busy but it was manageable. But that is beside the point. The staff controlled the environment very well and were very friendly. Great customer service from "Pippa". This store is usually super busy on the weekends but I popped in on a Thursday afternoon and was able to take my time browsing. The employee who helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable. She gave great recommendations and even brought out two sizes for me to try on. She also explained how to break them in properly! 5/5 would definitely recommend this store!

These guys have a nice selection of shoes and boots and pretty good customer service. I went in wanting to purchase some made in England boots and a lad talked me through what was in stock, helped me to find the right pair and to make sure I was happy with the ones I was taking. Best Doctor Martens store I've ever been to, not the biggest store but with a great and wide selection of products. The staff was really friendly and super helpful, Kinga was amazing, she did the extra mile and suggested me and my girlfriend till we found exactly what we were looking for!

I visited this store 29th of August and bought a pair of black Flora Boots there. The store was smaller than I expected, but it had a nice interior and quite a few shoes on display. It was a bit annoying that no prices were put next to the shoes, so this is why I give the service a 2 instead of a 3. The woman helping me however was very kind and helpful. The shoes are great and feel very good when walking.

I enjoy going into a Dr Martens shop whenever I see one. Very spacious, so it did not feel cluttered but had a calming atmosphere for everyone that was in there. I love the staff here - and the shoes. I had bought a pair of white sandals from Dr Martens that my friend told me I should take back because she decided they were silly. I have big feet so I sort of lost confidence and decided to return them. BUT walking past the Covent Garden branch I decided try them on again before I returned the unworn pair at home. The staff were FAB - I explained what had happened and even though they were really busy they cheerfully fetched the shoes - knowing they weren't going make a sale. The shoes are great - it's my friend who is silly. I am going straight home to our them on! Thank you - that made my day.

The shop is like any other Dr martens shop in the city or elsewhere. So not bad or good. The staff can't advise you on what it the right product to take care of your boots, it's disappointing. So I didn't buy and went to another shop.

The Sales assistant could have tried a bit harder to make a sale, it almost felt like she was blase' about it, I know Docs are good shoes, but if you don't make the effort and convince me that they are worth the premium, then I am not going to buy them.

Distinctive footwear and a smattering of accessories mainly marketed to tourists. A once-iconic British brand created by a German in WW II and currently mostly manufactured in Vietnam. Now that's progress. So 🇬🇧 ! Consistently at a higher price and worse for wear, literally. Attentive service by 'brand advocates.'

Store has a good selection of shoes, to include specialty models. But the employees are terrible. Especially the big itch with pink dyed hair. Apparently I interrupted her talking with another employee while I was looking at a shoe. She walked away and mumbled her dissatisfaction with me. Smh..... that girl will not go far in life.

We arrived yesterday @ the Covent Garden Dr Marten shop, great selection of Docs, but unfortunately my boots I wanted we’re out of stock? But the lovely Pablo came to the rescue, he went above and beyond to find me the pair I wanted. He found me 3 pairs by ringing all the stores and also looking online. I purchased all 3. Served by a girl on 21.10.2018 who threw away sale tag for a shoe I tried, which then cost more at the till and denied that it had a sale tag on it. Same person didn't understand what size i wanted to try nor understood when I asked if there was a non display pair. When she brought the shoes over, she asked if I wanted to buy the shoe when before I bought it? Then stood right by me in the very busy shop whilst i tried the shoe until I specifically asked her if I could have some space and time to try the shoes.

I've only bought shoes from here once (3 years ago, and in true Dr Martens style they still look amazing and are in great condition!) but I've visited many times to try on various styles, etc. (I'm unluckily between sizes for the main Dr Martens line, but their For Life line fits me perfectly! Unfortunately every shoe I've wanted to buy besides my 1460s comes from the main line.) The staff are always super friendly and more than happy to get you various sizes, etc. They never act like they're put out of their way, and they have a great enthusiasm, which makes the experience all the more pleasant. Come here if you want to learn more about Dr Martens products, if you want to try them on before you buy or just if you want to take a look at what they've got on offer.
