Yeah a lovely bright, clean shop. Staff really friendly. But I would say that they are very very pricey for what they are, yes okay a small percentage of the boots are still made in the UK which to be honest is a miracle as most stuff is made in Asia nowadays. But still £190 for a pair of boots, yeah sorry that’s a rip off.

It's all bout style and comfot. 2 words that one does not find together usually but DM always deliver. Staff knowledge and very helpful. Place welcoming and super tidy. You have a very happy 12 years old customer which I am sure he will return once he grows out of this pair! We'll done.

The staff at this store are extremely kind, helpful and informative. Damola in particular was very polite and patient as I was trying on a number of different shoes, and she helped me find what was most comfortable and suited to my needs. Pouria and Dan also contributed by offering help and advice regarding my decision and my overall experience at this store was much more pleasant than I was expecting it to be purely because of the team of staff, and I ended up spending more time and wanting to make a bigger purchase because of their genuine warmth and help.

Expensive and the quality of the shoe isn't what it used to be. One display shoe had a split sole, another had a non cosmetic scratch. Nice staff though.

Excellent customer service, I was served by Yuan (i may have spelt this wrong sorry) was very helpful in making my decision, very informative quick to serve me and made me try different sizes without question - she made sure i had the right size. Also informed me of the returns policy - always good to know. I actually returned the shoes the next day for same style but in a boots. Served by Katie also excellent customer service swiftly did the swap without question. Thank you both, I will be buying from here regularly

Good Customer service from the team in Dr M Westfields. Hard to find the shoes you want in stock! and sizes are very different than the normal UK / USA sizes. If you want a specific model, I suggest you try it first in a shop before you order it online.

Young staff and very helpful. These shoes have a very specific target apparently, but you can find shoes for all ages both man and woman. Dr. Martens shoes are available in many other shops also, but here you get the full range. If if your size is not available in these store then they can tell you in which are shop of the brand you can buy them.
