Bought the gorgeous Dorchester bag in Pink and black grosgrain tip Crofts slingbacks. I was assisted by the excellent Ilona. She knew exactly what I was looking for, carefully double checked the items before payment & was pleasant throughout. I was very pleased with the Customer Service & would shop here again.

I had great service from this shop. I’m travelling and didn’t know dune. The sales lady was very helpful and answered all my question about comfort and material. I brought 2 pairs and the 3 not in my size but she found for me in another shop close to my hotel. She also showed me now I can order to my country too online. I had to pick up an order of two pairs of shoes. When I came in, the first lady who helped me out was very kind. But after trying the shoes, one pair didn't fit me so I gave them back, and another lady gave me the refund. She was so rude and unfriendly, that I had to post a review. I felt like I was annoying her, she was impatient and she talked to me like I was dumb. Smiling and being nice with customers is the key in sales.
