Ecco shoes are really good quality and they have good discounts as well. But I want to tell about customer service. It is brilliant. Today we went to buy boots for kid and shopkeeper Salam was so patient and caring about our shopping and I m really appreciate this.

Odd customer service. Sales assistant was trying his best, but seems to have had no training. Only one shoe of pair sent up from stock room. Noticed that many of the display items had no prices. Ended up having to go to Westfield as Flagship shop didn't have size 40 (7) in two styles. Got tube to Westfield and they had size I wanted. Checkout wanted 5p for a carrier bag, bringing total to £120.05p. I handed them £130 cash and they said didn't have change. After both staff looking puzzled as to what they could do about such a challenging issue, I suggested they gave me the bag for free. They agreed, but it was as if I had just come up with a genius idea. Weird.

I like their shoes but after sales support poor by ECCO. Had a few pairs where soles cracked without much use. Cannot be repaired and company not interested.

I love this shop. The shoes are a bit pricey but worth it. I've noticed a slight drop in quality over the last few years. That's why the 4 star.

Was a rainy and cold day. I was in that area for a day long only. I went inside the shop, just to buy a pair of shoes, as the ones that I was wearing , were not suitable for the weather out there. I've had a big backpack with me. The shop was empty, but the staff literraly were refusing to pay attention when I was starring to them, that I want to try a pair of shoes. Basically, I have walked to their "gossip corner" and interrupt their talks.

I visited the Oxford Street store a couple of times last week and am delighted to report fabulous customer service on both occasions. I purchased a pair of Ecco St. 1 Hybrid shoes around 18 months ago and enquired whether they could be repaired (the soles were coming away at the front of the shoe). I was referred to the store manager who looked at them and, having identfied they were in otherwise immaculate condition, offered to replace them for a new pair at no charge. I was also assisted by a lovely young man on arriving at the score and, again, he couldn't have been more polite. The shoes are fantastic, btw, so I also bought another pair in black. If you are looking for comfy shoes and attentive staff I highly recommend this Ecco store. Update: I returned to the store with the same problem with the second pair of shoes. Mona (spelling?) was fabulous. Refunding my money, recommending another type of shoe and kindly providing a few free extras for the inconvenience including some shoe trees, polish etc. Despite the problems with one particular design the work shoes are so comfortable and the golf shoes are great too. I’ll be back soon.

A gentleman called Jamie helped me with my order. I found him very friendly, helpful, and happy to help (Unlike previous reviews about staff telling otherwise). I believe they have read the reviews and they have made some changes. I tried 6-7 pairs of shoes to find the model/design I like. They helped with my online orders and even provided mobile charger to charge my phone and access my order number. If you tried it in the past and didn't like it, I would definitely try it again. So, Communication: Excellent Time spent on Customer: Excellent (not too much to make you feel shy but I had their full attention). Parking: You may need to pay for parking in areas close to the shop. Shoe Quality: High Quality and comfortable Appearance of staff and Design of shop: They can make some improvements but the shop itself is large and gives you some enough space to have a short walk and test the shoes in store without bumping to other customers. Opening time: Open till 10 PM, great. Overall: Excellent, Recommended.

I ordered a pair of shoes in the sales 3 weeks ago and had not heard a thing from this shop where I ordered them. I had been trying for one hour and a half to speak to someone on the phone last night. Finally, I got through the next day to be told that the shoes I ordered were no longer available. They hadn’t looked at their emails the previous week or so, that told them they were not available. Having had a challenging conversation I was reimbursed my money with an apology. I love Ecco shoes and only buy this make. Because I had a good enough ending I have given 3 stars which relates to the customer service as against Ecco shoes.

Best shop for very good quality children shoes. Not the cheapest one, but the design, the production is impeccable, never disappointed me. The staff is really nice, patient, helpful, which means a lot when you are shopping with small children.
