I’ve bought my wedding shoes at Embassy London and I couldn’t be happier: it was a perfect match with my suit! All the shoes there are quirky, different, not boring and the quality and comfort sublime. Not to mention the price: for the same quality I used to spend much more! I also really need to thank Rosa for her kindness and knowledge, she was really helpful! This is the second pair I’ve bought and it’s definitely not going to be the last. Five well deserved stars Highly recommended

I discovered Shoembassy (now Embassy London?) when I was living in London back in 2015 - I'm French btw. I fell in love with the brand: I've got more than 15 pairs. Great leather quality, beautiful fit, and reasonable prices. Not giving 5 stars because I'm sad to see that now I cannot find one pair of shoes below 100€!!! I'm just very disappointed to see you've increased your prices dramatically for a few years...

Visited the Greenwich shop whilst on a weekend in London and both my wife and I bought shoes! The staff were excellent, both friendly and helpful and the style of the shoes on offer were very appealing. The purchases are still fairly new and only worn a few times so far, but they are comfortable and quality is very good. Not the cheapest shoes we have ever bought but worth the money in our opinion. We purchased a matching leather belt which was not available in the shop in my size but it was delivered in 2 days, again very good service. Thoroughly recommended and will no doubt purchase from here again at some point!

Shoe Embassy have amazing shoe designs in a wide range of colours, styles, and patterns. They also have a great social media presence and share feedback with the customers. Customer Care is attentive and supporting. Overall, a great experience and a pleasure shopping with them. Recommended!

Unlike other people on here I had no problem with returning shoes bought online even though I was a day or two outside the 14 days and I didnt notify them before returning. Also there were problems with delivery which was not their fault but they were very helpful and prompt about replying to my emails. Their sizing for me was a bit odd - shoe size 2 tiny- boot size 3 huge. Shame because their products are lovely
