Westfield Shepphards Bush Footasylum is larger than most other stores but had a smaller range of jackets so had to go to Croydon.... which was already closed at least 10mins before the advertised Christmas Sunday closing time! Waste of time and money travelling between both and cannot even call to reserve the size needed for an exchange 🙄

It is quite a flexible store.i loved it. And well, it is cozy in there. It saved my day wen I got myself a pair of trainers that I couldn't find in JD. I rate it 4stars coz I didn't get to talk to the staff. It was just a sheer experience. So, I can't fully comment on the customer service.

Clothing heaven for the "Mandem", staff were helpful. There was a dodgy guy following me and not really shopping, think he might have been a pick pocket, luckily for him, he realised I worked out his game and he buggered off before I could get the satisfaction of knocking him out. Stay alert of your surroundings and you will be okay!

Waited ages but it was worth the wait. I got the trainer's I liked n left . But don't like how the cashier was fussing cos she had to stamp the receipt for duty free shopping . It wasn't for me but it was still annoying . It wasn't the customers complaining . It was the cashier complaining that it would take long to stamp. Well . All she had to do was stamp it !! Or open another till !!!! Just so annoying . Poor client didn't speak enough English to tell her just to get on n stamp it.

Shop was nice more fashion store rather than a sports shop to be honest the staff are OK the only thing I would say the design of some of the clothes is a little bit different which ain't a bad thing. But and it's a big but the trainers are a bit expensive and the sales items could be better and cheaper to be honest. I suppose it's the trend with these so called sports oriented shop

They have nice stylish clothes then many stores but note in mind,.they are overall ok.

The selection of shoes is good and they have good deals that go on all year round but the store is too small and crowded on a normal day when it's not busy you have to squeeze past objects and imagine on extremely busy days you can't look around at all. They need to do something about the displays and layout.

Nice just careful with pick pockets

Night and day customer service compared to JD sports, quick and professional. Also Air Conditioned so was comfortable to shop, only negative was the till service was a little slow.
