S. B.They have great deals, a little cheaper than JD which is opposite it. They have different variety of shoes with plenty colours and brands as well as clothing. Less packed in there than other shoe shops in the shopping center too. I always shop there for my sneakers.

L. B.Felt incredibly welcomed by one of the managers at Footasylum Stratford today. He approached me with a smile and offered to help me find a shoe to match my outfit. Despite the trainer being out of stock, he still offered to check if other stores had my size. Luckily we found a store which had it and he reserved the shoe for me. I have never had someone offer that service to me being a regular customer in trainer stores. This is by far the best service I have experienced. I asked for his name, however he politely said he doesnt give his name out but he’s one of the managers there. He looks quite young but a friendly and lively chap. Best service ever!

As with most high street brands now customer service is generally good.
F. K. I.Love this place, if you order stuff online its soo convenient to just pop in the shop and drop off the items you want to change or return super handy.
The store itself is medium sized, its split into 2 sections right side is all men stuff and the left side is all women and children. The middle is also split in the same manner but with shoes instead of clothes.
The layout can be found the same in the rest of the footassylum stores. Its really easy to navigate and handy to browse through the items that you want to buy.
The customer service is really good in this footassylum, you just go there and they do their magic flawlessly, big props to them.

It took longer than it should of as employees were gossiping about other employees. Very unprofessional as it took 5 minutes to pack my coat in the bag??? ANYWAY, MY COAT IS A DREAM
D.Nice layout of the items they sell, however staff is just too tired and unmotivated. Prices were deceitful. You get one price on the shelve, a different price on the shoe and a completely different price at the till.

The staff are friendly, quite helpful and it was a surprise that you can actually find size 14 shoes here. not like many other high street shops and retailers.
best to avoid westfield in general on a weekend as it is so busy, and footasylum is no different.

B.If you need trainers or general sport wear its a good place to go (obviously) but because it's so crowded that its almost impossible to get help from staff so if you want something in particular that will probably be in the stockroom (I..e trainers) buy it online or go to another footasylum if its just a shelf or rail item then you should be fine.
