I recently ordered some shoes from French Sole, as a birthday gift for our daughter in law who lives in Australia. Due to the Covid19 difficulties, it was not possible to fulfil the order in time for the shoes to be dispatched to Australia but thanks to Lucy, a very helpful and kind member of the customer service team, she promptly identified other styles which were already in stock and immediately arranged for the shoes to be couriered to our daughter-in-law. I could not have asked for better service and thank you Lucy for all your help. I would definitely recommend French Sole and I know that Bronwyn has always been very pleased with the quality and comfort of other pairs of shoes purchased in the past. Elizabeth

Went into the store for a browse and the assistant on the day (I was there around 1ish afternoon on 14/6/18) was so helpful and informative. I picked the ones I like and tried them on but the comfort level isn’t what I would expected from French sole. The assistant then advised against them as they aren’t the best fit for my feet. She recommended another range which I tried them on and I was surprised how comfortable they are!! Shame they don’t have the right size in store as ones I tried were a tad tight. I will def pop in again to check if my size become available. And I hope she is there again next time I visit! She def know her stuff! My past experience with French sole weren’t great as the assistants weren’t as helpful but I changed my mind today!

They are beautifully made shoes in a lovely little shop. They don't have lots of inventory but that allows them to sell out and offer up new styles all the time. You've got their basic ballerina type shoes and then some more original shapes and designs. Good combo of originality and classic.

I think the design and price are well balanced. (Original) サイズを訊いても『ない』でおしまい。 ロンドンの他のブランドはそのサイズならこのデザインだったらあるよ、って提案をしてくれるところが多かったから、ちょっと残念。 デザインと価格はバランスが良いと思う。
