The store here deserves a 5 star just for the service alone. The staff running the store are super courteous and friendly and very attentive to the customers needs. V welcoming! And of course the products are good too!!

The store manager, who was called Emma (it was a boy), was incredibly helpful. I bought 3 pairs, none of which were available in my size, so they were ordered from the HQ in Italy! Arrived 3 days later. Top stuff.

Very friendly staff, impeccable customer service. The product design also has seen an improvement through years which is astounding.

Please be well aware they don't do refund just voucher credit and I purchased a pair of trainers on Sunday , it was a mid season sale and I tried and love them, they were comfortable however I only wore them once outside, they run against on my skin, it cause my feet blisters, so I went bk to the shop , the shopkeeper name Walid was polite and helped me to sort out and asked me if I want the same style again , I said I don't want same experience, he told me there is a lot other styles it might be better for me, I told him I don't want to pay extra and he told me to wait till in December there will be another sale, it was a disappointed 1st time experience.

Great staff and super helpful when an item bought here broke and needed (free) repairs. The products are very good quality and value for money if you're into the Italian patent aesthetic. Highly recommended.

Really fast service and well staffed. They have a wide range of sizes, including, I think, half sizes. They have some good sales too. If you're looking to buy Geox shoes then, for fear of stating the obvious, this is by far the best place to go. In terms of the shoes themselves, they can be quite expensive but I think the quality is fantastic. There is a good selection of boots, shoes, and trainers. Highly recommended if you are willing to spend around £100 or upwards.

As a kid, I did not see much choices: very little shoes and zero coats available in kid sizes. The girls and boys shoes were spilt up and none of the girls shoes -me being one- I particularly liked. Not really a good selection overall

I went on the 3rd of February to this shop in Oxford Street. The service was great! The staff pay me a lot of attention to my specific recquirements, showing an excellent knowledge of their products. I would like to emphasize the suggestions of Emanuele as well as of an romanian girl and a persian girl which unfortunately I do not know the names. The care was really good! And I ended up buying what I was looking for!

The quality of Geox shoes and jackets is really good and has a good quality to price ratio. I'm not convinced that the way the store is organised works well. Every time you need something they have to send a request to the warehouse and wait for someone to bring it to you

I like this store based on Oxfors steet ,London. Near a few underground stations: Bond street station and Oxford circus station. The store is large enough with good variety of products. There is plenty of staff who is always here to help you. Staff is very welcome,smiley and hardworking. I would recommend this store,if you looking for shopping on Oxford street.
