Absolutely fantastic service! I brought in a pair of my favourite shoes, which were so worn down, they were practically unfixable. There were numerous holes along the sides, the stiletto heels were completely worn down, the soles had holes that went right through to the feet, and the colour was certainly not the same as when I bought them. I really didn’t think I’d be able to get them fixed, HOWEVER Naz worked absolute MIRACLES, and fixed my shoes to make them look BRAND NEW! I couldn’t believe it, they were literally a new pair of shoes!! He initially thought it would take about 4-5 days because they were in such a bad condition, but it look his less than 2 days! Amazing! So efficient, so well crafted! I was absolutely thrilled, as I was then able to wear them to a wedding, where I got many many compliments! I’ve been to James’s repair shop many times for key cutting, and every time, they do a fantastic job! Always super efficient and very professional. I’ll be back very soon for some engraving, and I already know they will do an amazing job! Can’t recommend this company enough!!

Today Glenn assisted me at the Canning Town location, and he was incredibly polite, knowledgable and helpful. He gave me clear expectations of when to expect to be able to pick up my item, and spoke highly of his colleagues who would carry out the work. I came in with my heel which was near enough Irreparable and Cliff did everything he could to fix my shoe. He did such an amazing job in such limited time. It's great to see a bubbly personality and helped by someone who goes above and beyond, especially after a long day of work. Don't change :)

I use this shop every other week so i'm a frequent customer, usually i'm happy with the service but this review is mainly about the staff. I don't know their names but there's a young (white) guy and an older (black) guy. The young guy is friendly & respectful and always in a good mood, whereas the older guy is always grumpy and making inappropriate comments under the guise of "banter"; I usually humor him just to get my business done but i really don't like interacting with him and i wish that he was more professional and less inappropriate in his comments & behavior. At the end of the day, i'm a customer and not his "mate" so be professional and keep the "banter" to a minimum and respectful level. UPDATE: Following my review, the management of this store has kindly reached out to me offering an apology and an eVoucher to compensate me for the inconvenience. I really appreciate the management's attention to customer service, and their swift feedback; I now consider this incident closed, and i have updated my review and my rating accordingly. Thanks.

I walked in as a lad who had just broken his best jacket zip and I got great help and repair plus customer service all down to cliff wanted to say a big thank you to cliff .

Got my Charles Tyrwhitt shoes re-done up from here and must say they did a superb job on them literally look like new, considering the state they were in before hand.
