I ordered a pair of shoes to be delivered here but misjudged my dates - by the time they'd arrived I only had time to dash into London in the morning before a wedding I needed them for! The staff at the Covent Garden shop were fantastic - despite pressures from covid and understaffing they took the time to deliver them to another store which opened earlier so I could pick them up before the wedding. The shoes themselves were great, and I'd definitely buy from Jones again!
